These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the skinmed.md website (the "Website"), operated by S.R.L. „SKIN MED”, IDNO 1021600035356, with its registered office at MD-2011, Chișinău, Codru, 2 Gohberg St., of. 66 (hereinafter "SKINMED", "we"). By accessing and using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms.
1. PURPOSE
The Website is informational in nature and presents the dermatology and aesthetic medicine services offered by SKINMED, as well as the possibility to request an appointment through the online form or the contact details. The Website does not allow the purchase or online payment of services.
2. MEDICAL INFORMATION — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The information published on the Website (procedure descriptions, articles, FAQs) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a consultation, diagnosis or medical recommendation. It does not replace a specialist consultation. Any decision regarding a treatment is taken exclusively within a direct medical consultation, based on the individual situation. SKINMED is not liable for the interpretation or use of the Website's information outside a consultation.
3. APPOINTMENTS

• Submitting the appointment form constitutes a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is considered confirmed only after validation by the clinic (by phone or another means of contact).
• Please provide accurate and complete data. SKINMED is not liable for the inability to contact you due to erroneous data.
• Cancellation or rescheduling should be done in advance, using the clinic's contact details. Please let us know in advance if you cannot attend.

4. PRICES
The prices displayed on the Website are for information purposes and may be changed without prior notice. The final price of services is determined at the clinic, depending on the procedure actually required. Offers and promotions are valid within the limits and for the period indicated.
5. USER OBLIGATIONS
The user undertakes to use the Website in good faith, not to take actions that may affect its operation, and not to transmit false information. Use of the Website for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entire content of the Website — texts, images, logo, the name "SKINMED", design — belongs to SKINMED or is used under a legal right and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or use without SKINMED's prior written consent is prohibited.
7. EXTERNAL LINKS
The Website may contain links to external resources (e.g. social media). SKINMED is not responsible for the content or policies of these resources.
8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, an integral part of these Terms, in compliance with Law No. 195/2024.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SKINMED makes efforts to keep the Website updated and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors, and is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Website.

SKINMED reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
